Janet Jackson‘s newly announced documentary is not the only celebrity-related show coming to Lifetime and A&E, according to Deadline. Also announced was a TLC doc and a Keyshia Cole biopic in which the singer will star as herself.
TLC Forever, directed by Matthew Kay, will see members T-Boz and Chilli tell their group’s story for the first time in a feature documentary. The two-hour special will air June 3 at 8 p.m.
Keyshia’s biopic, Keyshia Cole: This Is My Story, will premiere on June 24. It follows her rise to fame and her complicated relationship with her birth mother, Frankie Lons. Keyshia will star as herself in the film, which will mark her acting debut. She will serve as an executive producer and has recorded a song titled Forever is a Thing that will be featured in the project.
Finally, Kelly Rowland will star in the fourth installment of Merry Liddle Christmas, reprising her role as Jacquie, whose family will head on a holiday vacation. She’ll also serve as an executive producer for the film, which is scheduled to premiere as part of 2023’s It’s a Wonderful Lifetime holiday slate.
