In a recent appearance on the Rickey Smiley Morning Show, the multi-talented singer, songwriter, actress, and entrepreneur discussed her exciting new projects and her decision to leave the Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Kandi Burruss is thrilled to be making her Broadway debut in the revival of “The Wiz,” praising the all-star cast and the revamped script by Amber Ruffin. She’s also gearing up for the Escape SWV Tour, a unique collaboration featuring combined performances with SWV and special appearances by legendary girl groups.
While fans were curious about her absence from the upcoming season of Housewives, Burruss explained her busy schedule wouldn’t allow her to fully commit to filming. She’s looking forward to focusing on her other endeavors and reducing stress.
